As a women’s health advocate, she travels the country educating the masses on how to prevent pelvic conditions and improve women’s quality of life. Dr. Roper is not only a published author and a passionate speaker on mental health and women's health but also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in education and workplaces. As a University of Florida and Howard University alumna, she understands the importance of diversity and education in the workplace. She has developed diversity and inclusion coursework for educational platforms, universities, and organizations. Dr Roper has transitioned into her role as a lifestyle and fitness improvement coach where she offers dynamic courses to both corporate and community based entities covering nutrition and fitness, aiming to enhance her clients' overall well-being. She also takes pride in founding Pensacola, Florida’s first woman-owned pelvic floor physical therapy clinic, In Her Physique Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and Wellness.
